Mahabad Spring Freezing Forecasting, Using Synoptic Study
نویسنده
چکیده مقاله:
The quality of pressure distribution over the atmosphere of the sea level and geopotential altitude at different atmosphere layers affect on many climate and meteorology phenomena of the earth surface. One of the important meteorology phenomenon is the occurrence of frost phenomenon especially late spring frost. In this surrey, occurring late spring frost days and minimum temperature during these days were determined using the minimum temperature statistic during the solar years 1364-1384 at Mahabad meteorology station. Moreover, the patterns of daily mean pressure distribution over the sea level atmosphere and atmosphere patterns at the layers 850, 700 and 500 HP in Asia Europe and the north of Africa have been mapped and identified and the relationship between frost phenomenon occurrence in Mahabad studied by atmosphere patterns at different atmosphere layers. The studies showed that there is a relationship among the incidence of spring frost phenomenon in Mahabad and pressure distribution over the earth surface and atmosphere patterns at layers 850, 700 and 500 of HP in order that when forming and expanding the high-pressure center in east Europe, the weather temperature decreases in Mahabad and sometimes it goes down below water freezing-point. متن کاملSpring Frosts statistical - Synoptic Analysis (Case Study: Kermanshah Province)
Agricultural crops have damaged a lot due to the aftermath of late spring frost, and because low temperatures have damaging effects on agricultural production, it is essential to anticipate and prevent potential damages. Often, atmospheric temperature variations are very urgent due to the high temperature of the systems and the plants cannot adapt themselves with severe oscillations and, have b...
متن کاملSynoptic approach to forecasting and statistical downscaling of climate parameters (Case study: Golestan Province)
The present study attempts to introduce a method of statistical downscaling with a synoptic view. The precipitation data of Golestan Province has been used for the years 1971 to 2010. Employing multivariable regression, this study models the precipitation gauges in the station scale, by making use of 26 predicting components of model HadCM3, on the basis of two A2 and B2 scenarios. However, the...
متن کاملComparative Study Among Different Time Series Models for Monthly Rainfall Forecasting in Shiraz Synoptic Station, Iran
In this research, monthly rainfall of Shiraz synoptic station from March 1971 to February 2016 was studied using different time series models by ITSM Software. Results showed that the ARMA (1,12) model based on Hannan-Rissanen method was the best model which fitted to the data. Then, to assess the verification and accuracy of the model, the monthly rainfall for 60 months (from March 2011 to Feb...
متن کاملAnalysis of synoptic - dynamic weather Changes spring precipitation Comprehensive Iran
Introduction: The main feature of Iran's rainfall is their variability; in fact, changes in rainfall are due to changes in their producing factors. The study of rainfall changes in the country showed that the spatial variations of precipitation from west to east and north to south decreased and these changes are well-coordinated with Iran's major rough nesses. The highest rainfall of the southe...
متن کاملshort term wind speed forecasting using artificial neural network (case study: jiroft synoptic weather station)
wind speed is one of the major parameters required for an estimation of evapotranspiration and determination of crop water requirements. hence, several models and methods have been developed for a prediction of this needed climatic variable. in recent years, by development of soft computing tools, such intelligent systems as artificial neural network (ann) approach have been widely employed in ...
